Connect Youth Connect Youth is a student ministry that focuses on the next generation of students from 6th to 12th grades and their families. Our ministry serves and teaches each youth so that each member can experience a full Christian faith and live a gospel-centered life as an individual and as one body in Christ. Our children are important members of the Connect Church that will continue the kingdom of God. At the Connect church, we teach what it is like to love God and love our neighbor. The purpose of our establishment, Cary Korean School, is to teach the Korean language as well as Korean history and culture to those children of Korean heritage living in the Cary, NC area and to help these children to grow with Korean identity. Furthermore, the establishment contributes to teaching diverse cultures by teaching the Korean language and its culture to anyone living in the area who wishes to attend. < Back Chris Bae Kids & Youth Pastor Odd. Eccentric. Different. Goofball. There are many words that can be used to describe Chris, but normal is not one of them. Born in Lynchburg, VA and raised in Prince George, VA. Chris has grown up as a Korean-American under the roof of a loving, christian family. Having a pastor as a father, Chris has attended a Korean church throughout his entire childhood, understanding and witnessing the generational differences between Korean immigrants and U.S. born Koreans. With a heart for young 2nd generation Korean-Americans, Chris works to share the gospel with young 2nd generations individuals in hopes that they will grow up with the love of God in their hearts.
